At SCANDI, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something does not feel quite right, you have the opportunity to return or complain about your product according to current legislation. We do our best to give you a smooth and fair handling.
RETURN (RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL)
If you are not satisfied with your product, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, according to the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59). In order for the right of withdrawal to apply, the goods must be unused and in unchanged condition. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made goods or goods with clear personalization. You are responsible for the return shipping, which is a fee of 500 SEK. Once we have received and approved the return, a refund will be made within 7 banking days.
COMPLAINTS - IF SOMETHING HAS GONE WRONG
We stand for quality and want you to feel safe with your purchase. Under the Consumer Sales Act (1990:932), you have the right to complain about a product if it has an original defect, for up to three years from the date of purchase. The complaint must be made within a reasonable time, which normally means no later than two months after the fault was discovered. If the product is faulty, you may be entitled to a repair, a replacement, a price reduction or a refund. In the event of an approved complaint, SCANDI will pay for the return shipping, and a refund will be made within seven banking days of us receiving and approving the complaint.
